Leaside

Leaside started to gain in popularity about a decade ago and is now arguably Toronto’s most coveted, prime family neighbourhood. It has great schools, large family homes, plenty of green space, excellent amenities, public transit and a friendly neighbourhood feel. Leaside scores top marks in each of these categories. Leaside is divided into two areas: South Leaside, south of Eglinton, is the older area with character-filled Toronto homes for sale and a smaller, village-like feel with shops and restaurants all within walking distance. North Leaside is a newer area with more spacious Toronto houses for sale on larger lots, giving it a slightly suburban feel (in all the best ways).
